i was just told that our rent is gonna get pushed up to $800/mo. it’s currently $600/mo. we have $400 in the bank and dad’s mom won’t lend us any more money this month.

the reasoning behind the rent upping is because they’re gonna redo all the appliances and shit in all the units. which also means, if we stay, we’d have to temporarily move to another unit while they remodel this one.

if we try to move, we likely won’t succeed. because dad makes such little income, there’s no way we’d be able to apply to live at another complex.

so um. i know i’ve tried doing this before and no one ever bites but i would really appreciate some help on this. i can draw for you, either no-effort cutesy derpy doodles or i can TRY to draw something proper for you but i can’t guarantee that it’l come out in any way acceptable.

update: mom said the chances of us moving to a different location are pretty much zero because, again, dad doesn’t make enough for us to get approved anywhere.

so it’s pay the new rent or.. idk. homelessness i guess.
